Skyline High School to  Co-Host Model United Nations Conference:
Consider Showing Support by Being A Judge!
Model United Nations conferences bring together students from around the district to act as representatives of the United Nations in debate and discussion designed to solve global concerns.   On Saturday, April 30th  Skyline High will co-host a conference with Erie High School and we invite you to join us as a judge. No experience is necessary.  This year's councils include:
  • Fukushima Flashback Council / Energy Crisis and Nuclear Energy
  • Human Genome Modification and Ethics in Genetic Engineering
  • Lunar Independence and Development
  • The Sokovia Accords/ Marvel Simulation.
As you can see, the conference will address past, present, and future concerns. If you would like to watch students represent countries from around the world in debate and collaborate in an effort to form resolutions on issues of policy, ethics, global safety, or a Marvel version of the future, please consider signing up to be a judge. Need a Bus for Next Year?

Thank you for your continued partnership and support as St. Vrain Valley Schools prepares for the 2022-2023 school year. The Transportation Department is committed to continuously providing the best possible service for our students attending classes within the district. To this end, each year we require that students desiring transportation services complete an application for busing. The application window is currently available and remains open throughout the academic year. Parents and Guardians will be notified when an application has been processed and a seat has been reserved.

While we make every effort to accommodate as many eligible riders as possible, transportation services are provided on a space-available, and first-come, first-served basis.

The Tribute to Teachers awards program, sponsored by St. Vrain Valley Schools Education Foundation, provides the opportunity for students, parents, volunteers, fellow educators, school staff and community members to recognize and honor individual teachers at the Pre-K – 12th grade levels in St. Vrain Valley Schools who exemplify excellence in teaching. By paying tribute to teachers who have an extraordinary impact on the achievements of students, the Education Foundation and the community hope to honor the accomplishments of all teachers.

One teacher from each St. Vrain Valley School will receive the Teacher of the Year recognition for their school. Two other teachers from each school will be honored as Teacher of the Year finalists. The Teacher of the Year for each school will receive a $100. The recipients and finalists all receive a certificate of recognition during the Tribute to Teachers event on April 30, 2022. From the school Teacher of the Year honorees, a district wide Teacher of the Year and four finalists will be chosen.

Student Password Reset

All secondary students must change their password to meet new length and complexity requirements. You can read more about password requirements and procedures here. The good news is that students - just like staff -  will only need to change their password once!

Students that have not changed their password since January 1, 2022, will be required to reset their password. Until they do they will not be able to access SVVSD wireless, Google Drive, Infinite Campus, etc. Students will be able to reset their passwords at

Student Drop Off / Pick Up

Please only drop off and pick up students on the east side of the building where the main entrance is. Please do not pull into the entrance off of Alpine Street to pick up or drop off students as this entrance needs to remain clear for staff, employees and buses at all times.
