I'd like to personally thank you for being a part of Tailored Health's mission, which is to empower people on 1,000,000 occasions by 2025, using tailored exercie and health education!

I'm proud to say that as of July 2018, we are on track, achieving 7,405 occasions that we've helped you and others since starting in February 2016. Our original target for July 2018 was 6,846. To reach such a lofty goal of 1,000,000 we will need to grow exponentially year on year. I'm confident that with the right people and the help of technology we will achieve the 2025 mission and have a great impact on the Australian population. For those wondering how this is calculated, we simply count the people who visit and add the events, workshops, presentations and lectures we do on top.

The vision remains the same and has never been stronger! Empower healthier living. In other words, give people the tools they need to be in a better position health wise than they previously were, allowing them to do the things they love. Unfortunately the second description is a bit lengthy for a vision statement!

Thank you again for putting your trust in us to help you achieve your health goals! We are truely grateful.
Only a few days left until I take off to New York to compete for Australia in the World Championships of Speedgolf! Being the 11th golfer to represent Australia in the Speedgolf World Championships I'll  be wearing the legs 11 gurnsey throughout the tournament.

As most of you know I love playing golf and for the past 12 months I've combined it with running in an effort to stay on top of my own health. I'll drop the mask here for a second and let you all know that over the past 12 months I've:
  • skipped sessions (both running and golf)
  • been too tired, busy and/or hungover
  • had injury niggles that have needed to be managed
  • compared to others and second guessed my own ability
  • gotten fustrated with lack of results
  • the list goes on
Why am I telling you this? I know our job title is Exercise Physiologist, however this doesn't mean we are superhuman (although close) and get our exercise and health primed 100% of the time. The key I've found is to get others to keep me accountable with my training. Although it's definitily been challenging, maintaining momentum and focus, I've now accumulated hundreds of kilometres and am at a point where both my fitness and golf are peaking!

I've loved the support so far from many of you and if you're interested in keeping up to date with how the World Championships pan out, choose an option that suits you below!
