Welcome to the December newsletter!

This month's headlines are:
  1. Pete launches his book about his stroke
  2. Movember results!
  3. Summer Term for groups and Xmas working bee
  4. Ben joins an international Speedgolf podcast
  5. New EP team member search
Peter shares his raw and insightful experience of having a stroke and how he has recovered over the past 5 years. Since meeting him, I have been in awe of his work ethic and discipline towards improving his health. I'll have a copy of the book in Tailored Health and if you would like one for yourself contact me and I'll get a copy for you.

This Movember saw us raised over $650! This makes my total raised $3,689 since 2014...ironically this is probably more the amount of hairs on my upper lip during previous Movembers. Below is a song I wrote for Movember last year if you want to see an EP having a go on guitar!

Exercise challenges came in all shapes and sizes this year. Some of the more elaborate included shooting 50 baskteball free throws with a 100 metre run for every missed shot and 10 three pointers with 5 push ups for every missed shot. Others included a 1000 metre swim and a 12 kilometre run.

I've been blown away this year by the amount support from all of you who reached out, had a laugh and/or donated. It means a lot to me to be able to give back and help support friends, family, fathers, funcles and frothers

If you've been meaning to donate and haven't yet, it's not too late! Simply click below.

The summer term for group classes will commence from Wednesday the 2nd of January to the 25th. This will be an action packed 4 weeks where you can get the new year's resolutions off to a flying start and keep that momentum carrying over from Term 4. Either come casually for $33 a visit or $99 for the whole summer term. Contact Claire or me to secure your favourite group times.

It's my pre New Year's resolution to give Tailored Health a little overhaul in the Xmas break. After all, Tailored Health is nearly 3 years old already! On the 22nd of December we will be hosting a working bee in the morning from 9-11am with coffee and brunch included. There'll be a range of tasks to choose from. I know this won't suit most of you as it's a busy time, but if you're in the neighbourhood and can lend a hand, we all know many hands make light work!

Behind every golfer there's a story! Find out why my co-host is called Super T in the latest Pace of Change podcast by clicking below. This is a new venture for me where we talk all things Speedgolf, interviewing the best players around the world! The most recent episode includes my Speedgolf origin story, Speedgolf bag innovation, training regimen, the risks/rewards of hitting driver in Speedgolf

You can also find the podcast on iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, or Player FM.
