Ben's Oxfam Walk

This was definitely the most physically (and mentally) demanding thing I've done! From injured team mates, pouring rain, 300m of incline and stabbing left rib pain the walk really had it all and I loved it!

To raise $1844 in the meantime for Oxfam was also a huge win! Thanks again for all your generous donations 😍

I have all ten TOE NAILS, had 2 hours sleep, did over 130,000 steps, used the one pair of shoes the whole trek (not by design), 2 pairs of socks, ZERO blisters, COUNTLESS comments about Collingwood and the golf clubs, A LOT of sore muscles and we came 335th from 667 teams. Our second day pace from 2.30am to 1pm was 4.5kph (including rest breaks) 👍

Simply couldn't have done it withoout Harry setting the goal and organising it, plus our support crew of Pala and Gill, who where fantastic 👏👏👏

Keep an eye out for my next endurance goal and take it easy on me today if you are in at Tailored Health, as I still have a few sore muscles 😉

Claire further enhances her Persistant Pain skills

Claire cannot wait to put the latest evidence in pain treatment into practice! 

Whilst on her N.Z. trip, Claire was forunate enough to learn from two fantastic presenters sharing complex neuroscience, meaningful metaphors, practical tools and pain science knowledge gems all in two days. 🏋️‍♂️🧘‍♂️🤸‍♀️🤓

Claire had been looking forward to completing this course from day one and the team from NOIgroup with the ‘Explain Pain’ did not disappoint. 👌🏼👌🏼

Claire completes her Laps for Life
Claire completed 20kms of swimming as a challenge throughout the month of March to save lives!

Every day, one young Aussie takes their own life...that's one too many. Every dollar you donate to my fundraising page will help ReachOut to provide all young Aussies with the support they need to be happy and well. 1 in 4 young Australians are experiencing mental health difficulty. While this is way too high, that hardest part is 70% of those who need help, don’t get it. With suicide being the leading cause of death, we all need to do our bit to change this.

It’s always a good time to talk about mental health and we all know someone impacted.

How can you help?

LISTEN: Lending an ear to someone in need is sometimes all it takes.

TALK: Let’s remove the stigma; the more we talk about mental health, the more those who need help will seek it.
