Father John Writes . . .
The Word Became Flesh and Dwelt Among Us and We Beheld his Glory.
Now we can easily put away the hype as the world all around us believes Christmas is over. Let the true celebration begin. On this fourth day of Christmas, and the remaining days of our twelve day observance, may we continue to celebrate, opening our hearts to God's gifts to us: love, joy, peace, forgiveness, strength in hardship, delightful sabbath. As we continue this celebration may we contemplate God's gift of self to all the world. Happy fourth day of Christmas everyone.

See you in Church

The Presiding Bishop is leading a revival in Atlanta, Wednesday, January 22nd. If past events are any guide this will be an inspiring and energizing event. We are asked to invite friends to come and participate as we share the love of Jesus. It would be particularly appropriate for friends who have have a spiritual longing but have difficulty finding a spiritual community. Here is the link to the page where you can learn more and sign up.
