BAM has now been upgraded with the following new features:

• New Dashboard: Now shows Gross Profit and Gross Profit as a percentage of Total Sales with a breakdown for Drugs and Retail.
• Financial KPI: A new KPI has been added to show Number of Bills including zero value bills and refunds; excluding stats also available.
• Forensics: Goldmine. Allows the user to query all patients who DO NOT have future reminders with options to select species, age range, and last visit date.
• User Management: Database and forms created to be able to enter staff salaries, targets, and hours worked for each month. The next update will then provide Staff Performance analytics to show several comparative KPI’s such as billing as a multiple of salary, hourly rate paid compared to hourly rate being generated, etc.

Want a test drive? There should be a button on your toolbar (Ver 5+ only) for BAM. If not you can turn it on via Options/Setup/Misc/At Startup. • VetPath (Western Australia): All lab results can now come in automatically into clinical notes and the in-tray for review.
• Provet e-commerce: The older e-Order has now been replaced (Australia with NZ coming soon) with their new API for submitting Purchase Orders and receipting invoices electronically
• Mi-Lab (UK) – VetLinkSQL can now import results from this in-house lab equipment
