A sophisticated financial services regulator for the region, the DFSA is constantly pioneering solutions for technology and innovation firms. The DIFC Courts, which administer an independent English-language common law judiciary, give DIFC companies the comfort and familiarity of a common law, globally-minded system of redress, as evidenced by the Digital Economy Courts in development to provide specialized, efficient judicial services for specific digital business needs.
