4-Week Prenatal Yoga Program

Led by Taylor Bodell, Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor

This class is an ideal way to support your body, mind, and well being during pregnancy and is designed for the journey of pregnancy, interweaving childbirth education with yoga. Postures are conducted in a calm, peaceful environment that will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Join in this safe and supportive yoga practice to help alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy. If you have any questions or concerns, please consult your physician or midwife.

4-Week Program - $95 (iHealth Members $75)
Fridays at 5:30 pm - January 18th through February 8th

6-Week Slow Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga Program

Led by Piril Atabay, PhD, Registered Yoga Teacher

Participants will maintain and improve current yoga knowledge while connecting body, mind, and breath. 6-Week program will encourage participants to expand their flexibility boundaries by learning new poses, motions, and concepts.

6-Week Program - $120 (iHealth Members $95)
Saturday mornings (time TBD)
