Hi <<First Name>>

TinyArt version of "Kaka kura" set among a still life vignette of an old book and flowers, with the kaka kura peeking out from behind the frame.Would you like to join me and eight other artists and photographers for a festive evening of art and bubbly? Come and join us at the For the Birds Art Show at Zealandia on the 29th of November, starting 5:30pm.

I'll have a range of prints and framed works for sale, including many of my TinyArt pieces. These tiny unique archival artworks are made from quality upcycled and recycled printing and framing offcuts and range from $60 to $180, making them ideal gifts for the bird-lovers in your life. (If you're not in Wellington but would love some TinyArt pieces, some are available in my webstore, but you'll need to get in quick as they'll be taken out of the shop prior to the show).

I will also have some larger pieces that are exclusive to Zealandia, including Urban Jungle and Visions of Zealandia.

It should be a fabulous night - I do hope to see you there!

Thinking about art for Christmas? Here's what you need to know:

Please allow two weeks for printing and delivery.
If you are ordering after the 4th of December, do get in touch first.

Best to get orders in as soon as possible if you'd like free shipping!
After 1 Dec, it might be tenuous whether orders will arrive by Christmas, so please get in touch about courier delivery options before placing your order.

I will be in touch within 24 hours of you placing your order to confirm expected delivery times and if you'd like to add a note. Free gift-wrapping included :)

It's that time of year again already - kākā banding is underway! I couldn't resist wearing my World Parrot Trust "Fly Free" wristband when banding this nest! Pretty soon they'll all be flying free around Wellington City...

All being well, this season we might just reach the 1000th kākā to be banded at Zealandia!

We're all so relieved that the weasel was caught as kākā are hugely at risk of predation, especially when they're nesting.

A huge surprise on two fronts: I recently entered a couple of international online art shows and was accepted for exhibition in the "Our Bond with Nature" show at Manhattan Arts International with "It's About Time" (pictured), and in a second surprise came fifth in the photography/digital-art section of the "Light-Space-Time Nature" Exhibition with "Contented (laughing kookaburra)" and a special merit for "On the edge of time (kāruhiruhi).
