Welcome to the very first Digital People Change newsletter, I'm so pleased to be talking to you as someone who is also interested in people change. I plan to publish monthly, on the last Tuesday of each month, and will include any new blog posts and some interesting reading on our shared topic. User experience techniques borrowed from marketing teams can be hugely useful to business transformation programmes. Identifying the employee types you have in the organisation allows you to target change initiatives to meet their needs more successfully - to be more informed about their opinions, attitudes, preferences, language and storytelling.

Psychological Safety : Project Aristotle and psychological safety – the theory part

For anyone not aware of google's project Aristotle and it's links to psychological safety this is a great introduction. It highlights two important aspects of psychological safety: 1. Team members speaking in equal quantity and 2. how skilled team members at knowing how others feel and reacting well to it. 

Then the Psychological Safety practical – how to apply it

This is a lovely very readable article that applies in practical ways some of the lessons learnt by Project  Aristotle's research.
