We're coming to the end of our data gathering for the funded research into how we can help teams rebuild after Covid-19, and to do so in more sustainable ways. We've pulled out Maslow's hierarchy of needs in most of these conversations to illustrate why certain behaviours happen and what we can do to make our teams more sustainable. 

We most commonly use the word 'sustainable' in terms of the environmental interpretation of the word. But it's also important for how teams respond to cultural changes like Black Lives Matter and Me Too campaigns. And the way in which they adapt to events like COVID-19 and Brexit. Underneath all of that are a common set of needed behaviours.

It has brought up some interesting discussions and we are looking forward to testing the tools we are building as a result of this research.

We are running three focus groups on Nov 9th and 10th to speak to employees about what COVID-19 has been like from their perspective. We want to understand how life has changed at work.
