GalleryW to open in La Conner.

We have very exciting news to share! We are opening an art gallery in La Conner in March! GalleryW will have multiple facets. It will feature my own artwork, along with shows by other artists. We will also be exhibiting and trading blockchain art from digital artists from around the world. Finally, there will also be a small portion of the space dedicated to the PuffyBirds hand-painted clothing line. The GalleryW space will be modularly designed to accommodate the needs of specific exhibits and events and we will be looking to host art-related functions for the community.

About La Conner

We are super excited to join the already thriving arts community of La Conner and look forward to further involvement ourselves. I have been a volunteer at the Museum of Northwest Art and support the gallery via art auction donations as well. We love having this world class museum in our town. Did I say "our town"? Yes, Paris and I have bought a small home in La Conner and plan to spend our working week close to everyone. We love the community and the town and the area, so this is a magical move for us to make. This is an exciting time and we hope you will come join us in celebrating what we are creating here.

Wesley Studios Update

Wesley Studios in Day Creek will continue to serve as my working studio and we will continue to welcome studio visits by appointment. Also, I will continue to show my work in other venues, and my studio newsletter will continue to be my method for sharing those details.

Thank you

Thank you to everyone who supported my journey back into the gallery world. As many of you know, I opened a small gallery in Bremerton from 2006 to 2008. It was a tough time to have to close abruptly in 2008, but we had ridden such a magnificent wave from 2006 to that point that we really couldn't have asked for more. This time around, I have plans for being around for the long haul.

With hugs,
Don

PS - Please share this email and news with the art lovers in your life! Hugs!
