DC EA is reorganizing and looking for volunteers to help us reach more people, we’ve got some exciting things planned for this group, and we want to make sure everyone who wants to can be involved in EA DC!
Global Reconnect & Fellowship Weekend
March 20-21: EAGlobal: Reconnect is a free virtual networking event focused on deep discussion and meaningful connection. There will be ~2 hours of content each day, and lots of time around the content for conversations and building relationships.
March 26-28: EA Fellowship Weekend is a free virtual networking event for participants of effective altruism programs such as fellowships, reading groups, workshops, and cause area programs from around the world
Reading Groups:
DC-Based EA Book Reading Group: We will soon start reading The Ministry for the Future. The group will meet thursdays at 7PM. Email Andy Masley at AndyMasley@Gmail.com for details!
DC-based EA Article Reading Group: Meets monthly, covering a different topic area of interest each month. This Month’s topic is the Moral Circle.
