Upcoming Events / Deadlines:

We are pleased to launch monthly cause-area meetups for people who are interested/working in the same fields. To celebrate this new initiative and to get things started off in a big way, we will be hosting a launch party on Sat. July 31st from 3-5PM at Bar Deco with food, networking, and some cause-area specific activities. We hope that everyone who will be joining the monthly meetups will attend the launch party, but those who are simply interested in learning more about their specific cause areas or meeting others working in and interested in their cause areas (or others!) are also welcome to join. Please RSVP as soon as possible, however, as space is limited and we may not be able to accommodate everyone who is interested. Register here!

This speaker series is intended to be useful for people who are looking to learn more about which types of US policy jobs are good fits for them and what steps they can take to prepare for these jobs. More than a dozen speakers will share their policy career experiences and provide advice for those seeking to enter the field.📝 Sign up here. 📝

Speakers will include people who are currently working in or have worked at the following organizations, as directors, researchers, advisors, lawmakers, and other roles:

  • US National Security Council (White House)

  • US State Department

  • US House of Representatives

  • US Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA)

  • Congressional Research Service
