We’re proud to unbiasedly announce (🥁please)...we did it.

So, hold us to it. If you don’t learn something and smile (or, at least smirk) in every quarterly newsletter, you have full permission to click unsubscribe, or passive aggressively send us to your spam.

Trending Now: My Board Meeting Is Over. Why Do I Feel So Bad?

The Post-Board Meeting Blues are familiar to founders. Walking away from that conference room, you might be feeling like you got emotionally run over by a truck. But, that might not be a bad thing...in fact, it might just mean you are normal and headed in the right direction.

Entrepreneurship Checkpoint:

Launch Your Glassdoor Page

You may think you don’t need one. You’re still such a small team, right? WRONG! Get ahead of this.

Here's why...

  1. Gathering positive (but honest) reviews early will prevent a massive hit to your rating if your company was to get a bad review #knockonwood

  2. Provides interested candidates with extra data about culture, salary, and leadership

  3. 86% of job seekers look at a company's reviews and rating before deciding where to apply for a job (source)

  4. 86% of women and 67% of men in the US wouldn't join a company with a bad rep (source)

So, click “Forward” right now, add your Marketing/Ops person, then copy and paste this into the body: “Can you launch our Glassdoor page this week? Thanks.” Maybe throw in an emoji for flair 💁‍♀️
