Citizens Climate Lobby Call Congress Day is June 5
Support The Bipartisan Climate Solution H.R. 763
For over a decade, CCL volunteers have asked their Members of Congress to work together to solve climate change.  A viable climate change solution needs to be big and lasting  - which means bipartisan legislation.  CCL fully supports the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act.

National Conference and Lobby Days are planned for June 9-11.  1500 CCL volunteers will travel to Washington, DC on their own dime to lobby each representative and senator.  Let's support them by making 3 calls.  To register for Call Congress Day, go to to sign up.  You can do this right now on your phone.  The tool provides a script, phone numbers to call, and it reports the calls so we know how many were made.  Commit to call your representative and senators one day a  month until a bill is signed into law.

Let's Get On the Phone Again and Pass the American Dream and Promise Act HR-6

The House has returned from recess, and they will soon vote on HR-6, the American Dream and Promise Act.  This is the most expansive bill introduced to protect immigrants.  It will provide status to 2 million immigrants under Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) - all programs cruelly terminated by Trump.  Almost every Democrat in Congress is co-sponsoring this historic legislation.  This is the Act to provide a pathway to citizenship for our 600 Lowcountry Dreamers and 700,000 DACA's throughout our nation.

Please call Joe Cunningham's Beaufort office and urge him to sign on to this critical legislation.  843-521-2530
