January President's Letter
Happy New Year to my FPRA colleagues! With our state association theme this year focused on balance, I hope you are starting the year off refreshed after a well-deserved respite with your family and friends.
Many of you may have also kicked off the year with a few New Year’s Resolutions to improve your life.

On the subject of setting personal goals, why not make it a goal to attend every FPRA meeting through the rest of the year? You’ll have your first opportunity on Tuesday,  January 16, 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. at Keiser University where we’ll hear the latest and greatest from the folks at Treasure Coast Newspapers/TCPalm.

You can also practice setting goals while working on your Image Award entries. The entry deadline is coming up in March but it’s never too soon to start thinking about it!

You’ll also want to mark your calendar for April 20, 2018 – for the first time ever we are combining the Image Awards ceremony AND Media Conference  for a full day of FPRA enjoyment! More info to follow on these exciting changes.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or ideas you may have for our chapter. I would love to hear from you.
