Getting cozy.

I'm checking in more often because we are in challenging times.  You may find that you are thriving and building right now, or that you are resting and overwhelmed.  Either is ok. 

What are you finding comfort in now that we are spending more time at home?  Take the time to make your home a cozy refuge and an enjoyable place.  Some of my favorites right now are Oh So Paper notebooks, Jessica Simpson house shoes, and my trusty 64 oz. water bottle. 

If you're continuing to work from home, an ergonomically correct workplace is essential for personal comfort and health in the coming weeks.  And let's be clear, mental healthcare is an essential service.  If these circumstances are getting to you, seek out licensed help online asap.

The sooner we all stay home, the better off we'll be.  Stay tuned to the CDC and Dr. Fauci @ NIH for expert advisement.  Let's not count the weeks, let's count our blessings.  We can do this.
