There were a lot of great pictures to choose from this month, but I had to go with one of me and my mom hugging on the balcony of our hotel room overlooking St. Pete Beach, Florida the day we got there.
It was SO fun to be there with her - I even stayed a few extra days after Ed left!
You might already know how much I love the beach, but having my mom there to share it with was extra special.
She and I are so alike, and I realize it more and more each time we get to spend good, quality time together like we did that week.
I'll be heading up to see her again in New York around Thanksgiving - and I'm looking forward to that, too!
(Even if it WILL be a frozen tundra up there by then, haha!)
Speaking of the weather, it's 70 degrees here in New Jersey today!
I am so grateful!!!
I went and took a nice walk in the sunshine in shorts and a t-shirt - and I was actually sweating a little - it was glorious, haha!!
I posted a little video montage of my Halloween costumes to my TikTok
pages, if you want to check those out.
Ed was a human breathalyzer - haha!!
I have just over a month left of this semester for school, and I am ready for winter break!
I actually cried yesterday over my Statistics project - multiple times.
It was a bit overwhelming, but I'm blessed with a good professor who will help me figure it all out.
I've been loving my journey on Twitch
, but still need to get more consistent with posting to TikTok
so I can start exploring streaming over there. January 5, 2022
marks FIVE YEARS of daily live streaming for me!
So, I'm going to do a 24 hour Twitch stream
that day. I'd love it if you can pop in just to say hey and help keep me going!
For those of you who like DBD (the game I play on Twitch), I'm planning to roll out "DBD School" soon - an instructional series of live streams on Twitch where we go over different facets of the game and you can ask questions, or help supplement our information, live in the chat.
I'd love to bring on some "teachers" on to the streams to assist with teaching things that they're especially good at, so let me know if you're interested and we'll get your class on the calendar!
I'm excited to see how it goes. I love geeking out over stuff with y'all, haha!
You can check out my recent book review of "Attached" by Amir Levine & Rachel S.F. Heller on Youtube
- it's about the three major attachment styles and how they play a role in our romantic relationships.
I think it's a very important concept for everyone to be made aware of so really - WATCH IT!
I also want to say a big SORRY for not putting out a book review email in so long - I don't know how I lost track of those, but I plan to send one out soon, stay tuned!!
What about you? How are you falling into Fall? The changing leaves here are so beautiful. I hope to hear from you soon!
