My experience on Twitch continues to be a very positive one. I find myself weighed down more than usual by the toxic energy on the internet these days. Cyber harassment and bullying seems more potent, likely due to the pandemic. I’ve also been more focused on it since writing a paper on the subject at the end of the Fall semester for one of my psychology classes. I think it may actually be my niche as a therapist - helping online content creators.
I‘ve decided to invest in a gaming PC for my gaming streams on Twitch, which should also help improve the quality of my computer-based streams on Periscope and Youtube.
Next month I’ll be starting my Bachelor’s Degree program - I’m really excited! I’m taking a class called Psychology of Scientific Thinking that I’m most excited for. Having the summer off has been wonderful, but I’m impatiently awaiting the day I can begin my journey as a therapist.
The world needs it now maybe more than ever.
