Stay connected

Our physical office is closed and we have postponed our face-to-face meetings but we look forward to staying connected with you by phone and online via Facebook, our Website News, email and our newsletters.
We hope to have a regular short mail out each Thursday. And we are exploring other ways to keep in touch.
You might like to share a photo or story of something you have achieved during the week - a new garden bed, a sewing project, a successful way of self-caring that you have found. It can be anonymous.
