Cardiff has successfully renewed its Purple Flag accreditation after evidencing for a third time that the city is safe, vibrant, and enjoyable between the hours of 5pm-5am.

The Purple Flag assessors praised Cardiff's safety provision, al-fresco dining offering and response to the unique challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

We are looking for artists to submit artworks that welcomes international students to Cardiff. 

The chosen pieces will be exhibited across the city in September as part of an exciting campaign to welcome the next generation of students to Cardiff.

The campaign to launch Safe Places in Cardiff has received two awards from the Association of Town and City Management for ‘Best Marketing and Branding Scheme’ and from PRCA DARE 2022 in the 'non-profit/charity' category.

The campaign seeks to buy existing venues back from landlords and lease them to operators at a sustainable and protected rate, helping to secure their future in urban areas.
