IECA Annual Conference
Chapter Meeting Recap

In February 2018, IECA and the MAC converged on Long Beach, CA for the IECA Annual Conference. Technical sessions were offered for the three day conference from some of the industries leading experts. the expo hall was busy as always with new stormwater and sediment control products being showcased. The photo contest was very competitive with many submissions from members throughout Region 1. The MAC Chapter Meeting was productive with lively discussion, networking and a real sense of regional community even though we were on the west coast. There were a few new faces as well as many long time members in attendance. Upcoming events were discussed as well as ways to get the younger generation involved with the organization. It was great to see that every single person in the MAC Chapter Meeting was an IECA member! Next years IECA Annual Conference will be held in Denver, CO. Hope to see you all there!
