25th Annual Mid-Atlantic Chapter Conference, Workshop  & Trade Show
Camp Hill, PA
September 18th – 20th, 2018


The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association will be holding it’s 25th Annual Environmental Conference, Workshop & Trade Show in Camp Hill, PA at the Radisson Hotel - Harrisburg from September 18th-20th, 2018.  This conference will focus on the four IECA Education Tracks of erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, MS4’s and surface water restoration.

The official Call for Speakers will go out in early 2018 but if interested you can email 
dave.snyder@hanesindustries.com or rconnelly@acfenv.com to submit a presentation early. Next year's theme will loosely revolve around higher education in our industry and we are hoping to get many regional colleges and universities to participate.

Check our website for registration info in Spring 2018. We look forward to seeing everyone in Pennsylvania’s beautiful capital city next September!

24th Annual MAC-IECA Conference Recap

Richmond, VA

MAC’s 24th Annual Conference was held in beautiful Richmond, VA this past September. From the golf outing in nearby Moseley, VA on Tuesday to the Richmond Flood Wall tour on Thursday and everything in between, the conference was a hit for all that could attend. Highlights included famed Keynote Speaker Peter Muir, plenty of great food and exhibitors, certification classes from Envirocert and VDOT, tons of breakout sessions by USGS, VDOT, WVU grad students, MD SHA and top notch professionals throughout our industry. We hope you can all make it to our 25th Annual Conference this September in Pennsylvania!
 

2017-18 MAC SCHOLARSHIP

The  MAC-IECA Education Committee is now accepting applications for the 2018 MAC Scholarship. Several scholarships totaling $3,000.00 will be awarded by the MAC-IECA for the spring semester, 2018. The deadline for applications and accompanying paperwork is January 8, 2018.  Selected scholarship winners will be announced no later than January 22, 2018.  Scholarships will be awarded to the selected students for the Spring 2018 semester.
