Kids trick-or-treating

Kick-off the Halloween weekend at the Farmers' Market and bring the kids for a fun-filled evening! Follow our Trick-or-Treat Trail (Sponsored by Meathead Movers), compete in the Costume Contest (Presented by 98.1 KJUG), and sing in Scary-oke! (Presented by Coast 104.5 & Kramer Events.)

Farmers' Market at night

Farmers' Market Adjusted Winter Hours

Starting Thursday, November 4, 2021, the Market will operate from 6 PM – 8:30 PM. These hours will continue through the winter, but return to 6 PM – 9 PM in the spring and summertime.

The Downtown Paving Project continues this week, with improvements coming to the outskirts of Marsh St, Nipomo St, and Higuera St.

Businesses will remain OPEN during the project, and parking will still be accessible.

Our Downtown Ambassadors work daily to make sure our Downtown community is safe, clean, and hospitable to visitors.

When to call a Downtown Ambassador

If you are a Downtown business owner, please reach out to our Ambassadors if you need any assistance.

Services available at no charge include:

  • Removing graffiti
  • Sidewalk gum removal
  • Cleaning up trash from sidewalks and gutters
  • Removing weeds from sidewalks and streets
  • Cleaning public trash cans
  • Cleaning public benches
  • Cleaning messes

Additionally, if there’s a situation you aren’t sure how to handle, our Ambassadors may be able to point you in the right direction.
