Inaugural Lecture on Sustainable Food Futures
Oxstalls campus, Gloucester - 6pm
This lecture by Damien Maye of our Countryside and Community Research Institute (CCRI) will outline the nature of the food system-related troubles that we are currently living with and the key approaches emerging. Damian will introduce his own work with colleagues at the CCRI which is seeking to re-frame how we think about ‘sustainable food futures’ as ethical choices and actions.
