Our friend Doug Zesiger stopped by Kaleidoscope Studios recently! Doug is the host of Stinky Tales, a web series featuring a magical mix of puppets and the wisdom of real kids. He brought along Dillard & Stinky who helped make a couple videos with our Child Life Specialist, Kristen Beckler. Not only that! We were treated to the musical talents of Annie Zesiger, as well! Peterson Family Foundation Music Therapy Program
Our recently-graduated intern, Jessica Wood, started a very successful group on Friday afternoons. The focus of the group was Music and Movement. Read about her insights and experiences HERE!
Every Monday afternoon the art therapy program hosts digital art therapy group. Patients and their siblings come together and learn to draw, paint, and create on the digital application “Procreate.” We also listen to music, socialize, and tell stories while drawing. The art therapy humorous pieces of artwork were created by Andrea, a BCH patient who came to several digital art groups. View Andrea's art HERE!
