Women are grossly underrepresented in the cannabis industry from both the plant touching side and the ancillary side. I want to help bring more women into the industry to change that!
This is the time of Herstory. It is time to rise, and the time for us to rise together.

I’m here to meet other women who care about this industry and elevate the next women leaders in this space. Investing in relationships and the success of the people you work with makes the work more rewarding. It makes you want to execute at the highest level possible. That is the magic of opening up your network and working with new people.
Cannabis saved my life and ever since then I have been sharing the magic and experience with one and all to help them realise. Women Empowered in Cannabis Leadership Conference: Power and Collaboration Gives an opportunity to do that on a global platform with the women power.

Women are the "Pillar" of the world; but are being left behind in major sectors of our economy especially after the pandemic. It's time for us to come together as one to claim our spot at the decision-making table!
WEIC is Women's Inclusion Network's partner in providing networking and resources that support gender equality. There's still a lot of work that needs to be done, and I'm here to help other women as much as I can.

The cannabis industry can be the revolution that shatters the patriarchal corporate paradigm if we work together to fight it!
I believe that more BIPOC and women leaders in the cannabis industry will open the door to intersectionality bringing together other marginalized groups to collaborate and create new spaces of economic development through developing new products and services targeting those left at the margins.

I want other womxn in the cannabis industry to know that we make up a large portion, we must be at the forefront, and we are more powerful when we work together.
Why I chose to be a part of this panel is pretty simple. I see myself as a vessel to help uplift and support other women and POC coming up in this industry.

There is a magic that happens when women support women.  I'm a success story of this testament - without my women mentors and business partners I would not be sitting here today speaking with you.  I strive to be a mentor to the young women who work with me now.  Life can be hard, but with the right guidance you can have the confidence in yourself to achieve great things!
It is well known that women are more than good enough to run companies.  We need to recognize if we are good enough to do the work, we are good enough to own the work.  We need to empower one another, create financial opportunities and invest in eachother to become owners and make sure there are women in the C-suite of the companies we work with.  This is why.

If you want to go fast, go alone.  If you want to go far, go together. -African Proverb
I want to inspire women to recognize their own power and inspiration and this industry has momentum and upside for everyone, especially those who want to normalize the plant and the business environment that embodies it.
