The Center for Arizona Policy publishes a voter guide that provides voters with insights to candidate positions on a variety of issues including school choice and religious liberty. We will be sending a copy of the voter guide home with your child. We hope this resource will be helpful as you prepare for election day. We are only one election cycle away from losing Universal ESA and STO tax credits to assist families. This is a wonderful opportunity for the State of Arizona to hear the voices of Christian families.

Christmas is Coming! Is it time to put uniform jackets or longer skirts on your child’s Christmas list?

Remember: Students may wear heavier non-uniform jackets outside of the school building, but jackets worn in the classroom must be uniform.

Acceptable jackets for inside the classroom:
  • a plain, uniform-style navy hooded-zippered jacket or hoodie
  • a red, black, or white hoodie or zippered jacket with the embroidered FCS logo, only available from a designated spirit wear company. FCS School Store
  • Girls only - a navy or black knit zippered sweater
Dress code shirts must be worn under the jackets.

Outerwear on chapel days is limited to a suit jacket, navy or black knit sweater, or sweater vest in black, navy, hunter green, or red. You may wear coats or other outerwear to school, but they must be removed when entering a school building. Elementary students may wear a uniform zippered jacket on chapel days.

Girls may wear leggings or tights under skirts and dresses. Jeans and sweatpants may not be worn underneath.

Review the
Personal Appearance Standards for more details.
NHS will be sponsoring a food drive starting next week, so you can start collecting non-perishable food items now. There will be a pizza party for the class that brings in the most food items.
The holidays are quickly approaching!  Do you use gift cards?  What about your employer?  Please consider purchasing gift cards through our RaiseRight scrip program to support our school.  Participating families also earn $ for their tuition!

A gift card order will be placed tomorrow, Nov 1st.  Orders may be placed online at
www.RaiseRight.com using enrollment code 48A9697251L6, up until Tuesday at 7pm.  Cards should arrive to the office by Friday, and you will be notified when they are ready to be picked up.

Hearing and Vision Screening: Monday, November 14th
The state of Arizona requires that students in certain grade levels/categories receive a hearing and vision screening. We ask that students in the noted categories have the screening done at the school or provide written documentation of the hearing/vision results from their physician. This screening is available to any student whose parents would like them tested at a reasonable cost. Please see the Hearing/Vision Consent form coming home with your child this afternoon. This form must be returned to the school office by this Thursday, November 3rd. Please call the school office with any questions.
