We have been a bit quiet on this channel for a while, but things haven’t been so quiet at g39.
//    Rydym wedi bod yn dawel ar y sianel hon ers sbel, ond nid yw pethau wedi bod mor dawel yn g39.

We are spinning plates and juggling the uncertainty and changes as they arrive! This is a bit of a list of what we’ve been up to, and a few things that are coming up.

(fingers crossed!)

Rydym yn jyglo’r ansicrwydd a'r newidiadau wrth iddynt ein cyrraedd. Rydym yn gobeithio bod pawb yn ddiogel ac yn iach. Dyma restr o'r hyn rydym wedi bod yn ei wneud, a rhai pethau sydd ar y gweill. (croesi bysedd!)

       Open Exhibition
Arddangosfa Agored 2022

Open  //  Ar Agor: 02/03/22 - 05/03/22
Dathliad // Celebration:
04/03/22, 18.00-20.00

A salon exhibition of wall based artworks submitted to an open call – any age, any ability, any media, no fee to enter and a public vote for the winners!

We were so pleased this year to host MiR Open exhibition again – any open that has submissions from all age ranges – from 4 to 82 - is definitely a good thing. The MiR philosophy is one we share and this was a reminder of good projects going on around us.

Arddangosfa o
waith celf ar wal a gyflwynwyd i alwad agored - unrhyw oed, unrhyw allu, unrhyw gyfryngau, dim ffi i fynd i mewn a phleidlais gyhoeddus ar gyfer yr enillwyr!

Roedd yn braf iawn cynnal arddangosfa MiR Open eto eleni – mae unrhyw ddigwyddiad agored sy'n cael cyflwyniadau gan bob amrediad oedran – o 4 i 82 – yn beth da heb os. Rydym yn rhannu athroniaeth MiR ac roedd hon yn ein hatgoffa am brosiectau da sy'n digwydd o'n cwmpas.

As always, the open has no admission fee, no restrictions on age, ability or experience, and all works submitted are shown. This approach, a truly open call, is one MadeinRoath have pioneered since 2009. It always results in an interesting, inclusive and eclectic exhibition and we’re looking forward to seeing new work in this year’s call.

It is also our first opportunity to welcome people back into the space this year after a couple of years missing out of the MiR Open. The show is always a lively and full mix of talent, and it is always a joy to unpack and bring together works
side by side.

Open  //  Ar Agor: 02/03/22 - 05/03/22
Dathliad // Celebration:
04/03/22, 18.00-20.00

Fel bob amser arall, nid yw'r arddangosfa yn codi unrhyw ffi mynediad, nid oes cyfyngiadau ar oedran, gallu na phrofiad, a dangosir yr holl waith a gyflwynir. Mae’r dull hwn, sy’n alwad wirioneddol agored, yn un y mae MadeinRoath wedi’i arloesi ers 2009. Mae hyn yn arwain at arddangosfa ddiddorol, gynhwysol ac eclectig bob amser ac rydym yn edrych ymlaen at weld gwaith newydd yn yr alwad eleni.

Dyma hefyd ein cyfle cyntaf i groesawu pobl yn ôl i’r gofod eleni ar ôl colli allan ar Arddangosfa Agored MadeinRoath am rai blynyddoedd. Mae’r sioe wastad yn gymysgedd bywiog a llawn o dalent, ac mae bob amser yn bleser i'w ddadbacio a dod â gweithiau ynghyd ochr yn ochr â'i gilydd.

Come and celebrate with us on the 4th March, 6pm

In 2022 madeinroath will be creating a community orchard, and we'll be celebrating the handover of an apple tree to g39 at the opening event.

Burum Collective will be here to answer all your apple-based questions with a pop up apple museum and cider tasting. Megan Broadmeadow will be celebrating apples through performance. The Well Wagon will be taking the humble apple as a starting point for a collaborative print workshop.

Also, during the evening the winners will be announced. This years judges are Lucille Junkere, Mymuna Soleman and George Manson

//

Dewch i ddathlu gyda ni ar y 4ydd, Mis Mawrth, 6pm.

Yn 2022 bydd madeinroath yn creu perllan gymunedol, a byddwn yn dathlu drwy roi coeden afalau i g39 yn y digwyddiad agoriadol.

Bydd Burum cyfunol yma i ateb eich holl gwestiynau sy'n seiliedig ar afal gydag amgueddfa dros dro o afalau a blasu seidr. Bydd Megan Broadmeadow yn dathlu afalau mewn perfformiad, bydd The-Well-Wagon yn cymryd yr afal fel man cychwyn ar gyfer gweithdy argraffu cydweithredol.

Yn ystod y noson bydd yr enillwyr yn cael eu cyhoeddi.
Y beirniaid eleni yw Lucille Junkere, Mymuna Soleman a George Manson.
