Annual Christmas Program

PVCP's Christmas Program is this Friday, December 6, at 6:30 p.m. There is no charge for this all-school event that celebrates the season and the meaning of Christmas. Please invite your friends and family to join you for this beautiful program.

Teacher Love Offering

Dear Parents,

This is the time of year we traditionally collect a love offering for our faculty and staff. Donations are tax deductible. Your generosity each year, combined with matching donations from PAC and funds contributed through the school budget, serves as an annual blessing of love during this special season of giving. PVCP is blessed by the relentless dedication and love of those who serve and minister to our children each day. This is a way of affirming their dedication.

There are two ways to contribute:
1. You may give during the love offering (envelopes provided) taken during the Christmas program on December 6.
2. You may give through the main office by enclosing your gift in an envelope marked “Love Offering.”

Thank you for your caring support!

On behalf of the PVCP School Board,
Mike Allen

2020-2021 Tuition

Every school year around mid-year, the Board and Administration prayerfully discuss and establish the tuition schedule for the subsequent year. The board makes every possible effort to ensure that any potential increase is kept to a minimum. As soon as 2020-2021 tuition levels are available, those numbers will be presented to the PVCP community.

Parents Christmas Party

Parents, you are invited to join the PVCP Parent Social Guild for the second annual "Jingle and Mingle" Christmas party on Saturday, December 7! If you have not yet submitted your RSVP, please check your e-mail for the Evite and reply by the end of the day today, December 2.

White Christmas Chapel and Angel Tree

We are excited to host our traditional White Christmas Chapel once again this year. This is a time where our students focus on meeting the needs of those within our community as a means of sharing the love of Christ. Our main focus this year is to support Mom's Pantry, a local food bank started by PVCP founders Bob and Barbara Fraley. The White Christmas Chapel will be Thursday, December 19, at 8:30 a.m. in the Fraley Center. Parents are welcome to join us with seating available on the bleachers. Each class will present their gifts, and all classes through 8th grade will share a Christmas song, poem, or special verse.

In order to best serve Mom's Pantry, we are requesting items by grade level as follows:
PK - K: toothpaste
1st - 2nd: jelly
3rd - 5th: peanut butter
6th - 12th: canned tuna or chicken

Canned foods of any sort will be accepted during White Chapel if you cannot provide one of the items above. All items should be brought in on December 19.

The Angel Tree is another great opportunity to share blessings of gas, groceries, and gift cards (Target and Walmart) with those in our PVCP community who may need additional assistance this time of year. There will be angel tags on the Christmas tree in the front office. Please bring the angel item to the White Christmas ceremony.

Thank you for your generosity!

Open House: January 13, 2020, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Referrals from current and former PVCP families serve as our strongest source for recruiting new PVCP families, and there is no better way for prospective families to learn about our distinctive, Christ-centered programs than by joining us for an open house. We have several open house opportunities over the coming months, and we would welcome your assistance in spreading the word to your friends and family. You can simply share this RSVP link with them with a personal note encouraging them to attend. Our Winter Open House will be January 13 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Additionally, we want to remind you of the financial incentive we have for current families to introduce new families to the school. For every family that you introduce to PVCP who also enrolls, you will receive a $500 tuition credit. A few things to know about our Tuition Recruitment Incentive Program (TRIP):
  • There is no limit to the number of families you can recruit or number of tuition credits you can receive!
  • The recruited and recruiting families must complete the academic year or tuition credit will be prorated through the withdrawal month.
  • 50% of the credit will be applied to your account in December and the remaining 50% in April.
