North Texas Giving Day Starts Today!
Dear Friends,
North Texas Giving Day starts today, and Early Giving is now open! NTXGD is our biggest fundraising event of the year with a goal of raising $30,000.
 The mission of Dogs Matter is to provide a safe and healthy temporary foster environment for dogs whose owners are seeking substance abuse treatment and transitioning into recovery. We also offer an Aftercare Program to our clients for up to 12 months after being reunited with their dog, which includes: Addiction Counseling, Peer Recovery Support, Veterinary Care, Food & Supplies, Training, and even paying for Pet Deposits.
The money we raise from NTXGD goes directly to supporting our Aftercare Program, and to ongoing vet care costs for the dogs in our program.
So far, in 2022 we have already reached our yearly goal and served over 130 clients and their dogs!
Leading up to NTXGD on September 22, you can make an early gift that will go towards helping us keep more North Texas dogs with their owners.
