Resilience is an important trait in helping individuals combat mental health challenges, specifically anxiety and depression. By taking a growth, rather than fixed, mindset towards resiliency, we can learn and implement tangible interventions to aid in this process. Join this conversation to explore the many ways to grow resiliency in daily interactions. Meet the speakers, learn more about the program and register to participate here.

Regis Neighborhood Residents: Make Your Voice Heard + Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
Denver Councilwoman Amanda Sandoval wants to hear what you think about zoning changes to allow Accessory Dwelling Units to be built in the Regis neighborhood. ADUs are smaller, second units located on the same property as a single-unit home. They are sometimes known as carriage houses, in-law units, casitas or granny flats. In Denver, ADUs have strict size and design standards and the owner of the property must live in either the ADU or the main house.  Read more about ADUs and find survey link here. Your voice matters!
