Hurrah for the Gardening Team!

Randy Churchill
garden tools
We have reached the half-way point in our garden maintenance schedule, and may I say the gardens look great! Our schedule has been maintained without interruption. When additional watering has been suggested, the Town has responded. We continue to weed the interior gardens, and along with the trimming the Town staff provided, all looks good.
Many thanks to everyone for their weekly commitment.

Peach Pickers Picnic this Sunday, August 12

Our Market @ The Village area will be rocking with the music of the islands and the smells of yummy Caribbean food this Sunday evening as we celebrate the people who make the peach harvest happen.  Actually not just peaches, but grapes and all our wonderful local fruits.

Come out and join the fun.  For Niagara locals, meals will be $20, which will help to subsidize the cost of meals for farm workers, who can get their meals for $2.

To help cover the cost of the event an anonymous donor has offered to match all donations up to $1,000.  So your $20 donation becomes $40 for the cause!
