Filmmaking From Home!
Have dreams of making work for the big, or small, screen? Join us! In this 6-week course, we'll work with the resources we have in our homes or immediate surroundings to make original short films. We'll complete exercises to unlock our creative brains and learn storytelling techniques to help us shape our ideas. Throughout, we'll learn the basics of using select apps to shoot, edit, and create videos with effects (transitions, cuts, color correction, text/ titles) on our smartphones, computers or personal cameras. Films made will be showcased at a screening during the last class.
