Almost 100% of 14-24 year olds use the Internet in Germany. And the number one medium is, of course, the smartphone. The mobile phone is used in all areas of life and there is a suitable app for every area. But when it comes to commitment, suddenly a gap falls. For young people, there is simply no app where you can quickly and easily find social projects. That's why LetsAct founders Paul Bäumler and Ludwig Petersen thought it was time to change that.
LetsAct believes that with prosperity and access to information around the world, people are becoming aware of their privileges - and they want to share those privileges with others.
LetsAct wants to work together across borders and languages and overcome all obstacles to tackle the most urgent challenges of our century. That's why they want to provide easy and timely access to projects and initiatives so that more people work together to achieve those goals.
