PRESENTATION DAY & END OF SEASON CELEBRATION

Come and celebrate the successes of an almost uninterrupted season and all your hard work and achievements at our Presentation Day next Saturday, the 16th of July.

Here's what is happening on the day!

The team presentation time slots are shown above.  Please contact your team manager or parent rep for more information.  All players should wear full kit if possible; kit shirt, shorts and socks (no shin pads are necessary though).  If they don’t have full kit then a Meadow top if possible please. This is because after their presentation the players will be photographed by Club Legends.  These photos will be available to purchase afterwards.  Players may wish to bring a change of clothes for the rest of the day.

• There will be a BBQ from 10am, hot and cold drinks, ice creams and sweets. Our bar will also be open from 11am.
• There will also be outside games, Flair Football will be running some football and other sporting activities.
• The evening sees our Club Awards and a disco.

Player registration for the 2022/2023 season is now live and is online only via our Pendle club shop.

If your child was not registered with us for the 2021/2022 season and you haven't already arranged with one of our managers to sign up for the coming season, then please contact our secretary on meadowsecretary@gmail.com to see if there is space with the relevant age group / team.

Full membership is payable by all players in U7 age groups and above, Mini Meadows (age 3 to 6) pay a reduced membership.

Membership for U7s and above remains at £95 per player when registering one player.  The multi child discount is £20, making your second and subsequent children £75 per player.** As per last season the Meadow Sport's membership includes the supply of one full club kit, rather than the use of a kit.  Please note that the one full kit supplied becomes the property of the player registered and if damaged or lost it is the responsibility of the adult making the registration to order and pay for a replacement. 

We are very pleased to confirm that BOZ’S WHOLESALE AND RETAIL FRUIT AND VEG are once again our kit sponsors and that this season sees them become our exclusive kit sponsor.  Every team will therefore be ordering an away kit for all returning players.  New players will receive a home kit. This year the registration form asks which kit size you require, please refer to the included size guide.

Registering your child for the new season as soon as possible ensures that your team manager can be prepared for the new season and will be able to order their team's new kit up in good time for the start of League games.  

Here are some useful pointers for completing the Meadow Sports FC membership online registration process: -

• **​Please note that if you have more than one child registering to play at Meadow then please register them at the same time, so that you obtain the multi child discount.

• The age group and school year must be correct from September 2022, for example if your child is currently in the U12s (year 7), you will choose the U13s age group and enter year 8 on the form.

• If you are not sure of the team name please check with the manager, parent rep or by emailing us on meadowreg@gmail.com

• You will be asked to enter a FAN (FA Number) for your child.  It is not essential that this is included on this form as we will have it on record if they were registered last season and the FA will create a new FAN for them if they are a new player. You must type something into the box or the form won’t progress though, so if you can enter a question mark, "not known" or any symbol / character in this box please.

• If you have problems with the online registration process please contact Michelle on our designated registration email address meadowreg@gmail.com or speak to your team manager and / or parent rep.  We will be able to support you with online registration at our Presentation Day on Saturday 16th of July.
  
  On completion of the registration you will receive a £5 voucher to spend in the Meadow Sports Club Shop.  Please note that due to a technical issue the confirmation email may have some of the text in black on a black background on some platforms and may not be easy to read.  We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

• Please note that players will not be registered with the League or be able to play in next season's games until you have completed the registration process and made the initial payment.
