Preview of whats coming in 2018

Happy almost New Year!
I can not believe we have been in the business of fitness for over 20 years. It seems that come January everyone wants to regain control of their health. Maybe you need to drop a few pounds or kick the new blood pressure medicine you are now chained to. Maybe, it is as simple as a better physical look for that dream vacation or upcoming celebration. Regardless of the reason, it provides some motivation. Unfortunately, if you are like 87% of the rest of Amercia this new motivation last all of four weeks. The meal plan is just to retricitive, I am always hungry, the change is just too big are all things we've heard and have said ourselves at some point in this journey. These are all common issues. So how about trying something totally different; something that is coach led and supported! This is what we here at PF Fitness will be starting January 15th. What a Difference a year makes!

I had a chance to catch up with Micah recently. See what he had to say about his journey this past year.
Tell us a little about yourself?
I am a 33 year old husband and father of two wonderful kids age 5 and 2. I work in the oil and gas industry in sales.
What is your daily experience here at Pf Fitness like?
Great of course! Between the community, great coaching, and not having to think about what I am going to do once I get to the gym it is great. 
What keeps you coming back?
Progress in my appearance and physical well being along with the confidence I have gained in myself. Plus, after a year its a habit which is also great.
What has been the best part of being a part of Pf Fitness? 
There have been so many times, especially when I first started, that I wanted to quit and I was telling myself I couldn't do it, but there was and is always someone therer encouraging me and helping me to keep moving.
Anything else you feel would  help get the old you up off the couch and motivated to change your life again?
I was willing to get off the couch. I was just afraid of the commitment and failing to meet my goal. So I would tell myself the same thing Coach Brad told me when I started. Just give me 60-70% for the first few weeks and build the habit and trust the process. That was the best advice anyone could have given me.
