It’s been a super adventurous week for us all at HelpDocs. And it’s been a week filled with a lot of reflection.
For me, this meant taking a look at what we’ve been doing in Education and our very standoffish approach to marketing.
In this week’s post I dig into how our opinion on how we approach marketing is changing. I look at how the experience of the past few months has influenced our approach to education, customer support, and even a little on the product development side.
