SAPO Leaders Are Slowing Down Reopening Of The Case Against Avakov’s Son 
Anticorruption prosecutor Nazar Kholodnytskyi and his deputies are illegally postponing consideration of NABU’s appeal against the decision of SAPO prosecutor Krychun. The latter closed the "case of backpacks" regarding the son of Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov and his former deputy. More details. 
Kholodnytskyi Illegally Stays Under Protection of the State Guards


On November 19, 2016 President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed an order on granting state protection for Nazar Kholodnytskyi, the Head of the SAPO. Nevertheless, the decision was made illegally, since chief anticorruption prosecutor is not eligible for protection by the State Guard Department according to the law. More details.

Which Ended Up With Nothing

More often we hear about searches regarding top officials than about their verdicts. Cases are forwarded into "right" courts, and evidence disappears. Ukrayinska Pravda tells more about the loudest detentions of top officials who, despite serious charges, are still not jailed. Full text. 
During July 2018 the AntAC has achieved termination of seven contracts of public procurements. NGO prevented misappropriation of public funds amounting to 23 million UAH. More details.
