August Newsletter

Important info contained within! 

Please check the timetable this month, there will be class changes and of course there is our usual summer break! 

As always click here to visit our booking page to book onto classes. Please remember that if you have to cancel a class, the sooner you do it, the sooner someone else can have that space, or we can re-arrange the class if necessary!

SFAA Summer Shutdown

Over the summer we are closing for two weeks! The closure runs from the 5th of August to the 16th of August so please make sure you have it in your diaries!! 

Did you know you can add your class calendar to a google calendar? Easily keep track of when you are signed up to classes! Instructions on how to do that are here
We are hoping to run some workshops over the summer! This is where you lot come in! If you have something that you (or the kids) would like us to offer then please get in touch! We would love to have some fresh ideas! Workshops we have run in the past are Parent and child hoop, pole in heels, hammock, doubles hoop, contemporary pole, acro and handstands... etc 

Run away with the circus...

Zorena & Emily will once again be attending the EADF!
The festival includes courses in trapeze, Cyr-wheel, fabric and vertical dance, Gyrotonic-based movement, aerial-hoop, Corde-Lisse and more! 
The festival runs for 2 weeks, is adults only and is a 5 day commitment! Alternatively there are weekend workshops available! Speak to Zorena/Emily or check out the EADF Website for details!

Jam Sessions

Over the Summer Break we are looking into running Jam sessions, these are sessions where you can come in and practice anything you've been taught with us, but there won't be a led class. Keep an eye on teamup for details. At the moment we are looking at Wednesday evenings! 

Aerial Workshop

Thursday 29th of August we are running a kids aerial workshop!

SoFit is a group plan to achieve short term fat loss and muscular gains, and encourage long term lifestyle changes that can be maintained after the plan has finished.The course consists of lessons, exercise classes and nutritional guidance from Zorena. Think of it as group personal training! If you are interested please register your interest HERE
