Well wishes from home!  I hope everyone is taking care during this strange time and finding ways to keep sane, enjoy time at home, and stay healthy.  It was heartbreaking to see the many exciting events planned for this spring get cancelled, but communities are coming together in creative ways to stay connected and share knowledge.  In this newsletter you will find a request for your input on virtual training, info on how markets and growers are facing new obstacles, and resources for food safety.

Please send us your input!

Although we can't gather for a workshop or conference, we still want to get you the information you need.  Louisiana SARE needs YOU to share your opinions on online training so that we can continue to serve you best.
Go to LA SARE Online Training Survey
Farmer insights are now being sought for the sixth nationwide cover crop survey by SARE, the Conservation Technology Information Center (CTIC) and the American Seed Trade Association (ASTA).  The survey seeks answers not just from long-time cover crop fans, but also from new users and farmers who have not planted cover crops at all.  It takes 10-15 minutes to complete and you will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 or $200 Visa giftcard!
