NEW GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP LAUNCHED

Climate change demands global collaboration and action. This is why Urban Green Council is joining with the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC) to accelerate city-level green building initiatives.

To reduce carbon emissions, cities must share and scale the best green building policies. This partnership will drive climate solutions through a series of collaborative events between international cities.

Upcoming collaborations include a Climate Week event this fall and a webinar series with the WorldGBC Americas Regional Network to share best policies and practices.

To learn more about the partnership and our planned initiatives, read the press release and blog post.

2019 CONFERENCE

In the near future, New York City will likely require that buildings larger than 25,000 square feet reduce their energy consumption. To comply with these regulations, building retrofits will have to occur on a scale never before experienced in NYC—or anywhere else.

Join us at Retrofitting to Scale on June 18 to explore solutions for NYC and other metro areas over three thought-provoking sessions.
