Dear Client,

AEC Savannah warehouse has reached full capacity.

Savannah port is experiencing vessel delays and cancellations due to the high volume of imports entering the US which is causing delays in loading for multiple destinations.

Auction pickups are experiencing delays depending on the impacted destinations. AEC will not be responsible for auction storage.
 
ESTIMATED DELAYS
Poti/Batumi – 10-15 Business days delay in pickup after payment.
Bremerhaven/Rotterdam 5-12 Business days delay in pickup after payment
All Other Destinations - 3-5 Business days delay in pickup after payment

**Any request for a change of destination after receiving is subjected to a Change Of Destination Fee**
 
AEC Savannah will not be able to assist with auction pick-ups for vehicles that are outside the service area.

SELF-DELIVERY – appointments for self-delivered vehicles are suspended at this time. All previously approved appointments will be granted.

OVERSIZE CARGO – are not being accepted at this time.

Due to the ongoing situation, it is highly recommended to avoid purchasing vehicles sold with improper documentation (ex: Title Pending, Bill Of Sale [BOS] Parts Only, etc.)

We are closely monitoring the situation and will be posting updates. Our apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
