Dear Customer,

Due to the high volume of vehicles being received in the Savannah branch, we would like to send an urgent reminder of self-delivery procedures.

REMINDERS: 
- We are not accepting self-delivery appointments over the phone. Not from the client and not from the driver.
- Client must send a dispatch sheet to savannah.dispatch@atlanticexpresscorp.com with the trucking company's information and VIN.
- Vehicle must be entered into the system

SELF-DELIVERY DELAY:
No same-day or next-day appointments will be granted due to the lack of available space. 
We highly suggest using our trucking services at this time, as we understand it is difficult to predict delivery appointments. 

AUCTION STORAGES - ACTION NEEDED:
Please continue to pay auction storage daily to avoid the vehicle being left at the auction. 
Clients located overseas - please make payments in your local morning time.
Clients located in US/Canada - please make payments every evening

TITLES - ACTION NEEDED:
Most titles for the below locations are not available at the time of pickup. 
Please follow up with your online account, and request titles immediately from the auction.
