Volunteers Needed for the Greatest Table at the Annual DAUK Picnic!

Want to make a difference at this year’s DAUK’s Independence Day Picnic? Why not volunteer! Share the love, take photos at our very own Rosie the Riveter photo booth, and hand out Women’s Caucus themed Bingo cards for prizes! This is an excellent opportunity to bond with DAUK WC members and meet new people.

Host a Postcard Social! 
Mobilize and organize to make our voices heard by writing to your reps! A Postcard Social can be held at your house, a local pub, or cafe.

    Thursday Night Sorts for Asylum Seeker Families

 

The Liberal Jewish Synagogue (LJS) runs a monthly drop in for asylum seeker families. Volunteers are needed for their monthly Thursday Night clothing sorts where all donations are sorted out for the Sunday drop-in. 

Volunteer at a time that works for you! Light refreshments provided. 

2019 Clothing sort dates (5-8pm in the Montefiore Hall)
July 11, August 8, September 4, October 10, November 7, December 5.

July 14, August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10, December 8.


Location: 25 St John's Wood Road London NW8 7HA, opposite Lords Cricket Grounds.

The drop in has been run by LJS  for almost 5 years.
Please email Women's Caucus Member Susan Crane in advance with the dates you can help and for more information at susanfcrane@gmail.com 

 They also welcome clean seasonal clothing donations,  particularly needed small & large wheeled suitcases to donate to guests and women's shoes (for spring/summer).
