CHURCH ANEW  |  June 7-13, 2021
This year as we gather we will explore what it means to be Church Anew. The dictionary defines anew this way: "in a new or different and typically more positive way.” This year we want to share stories of how we are living into a new and different church. We are thrilled to announce our keynote will be presented by Valarie Kaur, a civil rights activist, lawyer, award-winning filmmaker, founder of the Revolutionary Love Project, author of See No Stranger: A Memoir and Manifesto of Revolutionary Love, and Sikh American voice. Registration is now open! Please complete your registration as soon as possible. You can see and download documents for the Annual Business Meeting on our website. All documents will be posted on this site by the 30-Day Notice on May 12. 2021.

Online Event with John Philip Newell
May 8, 1:00 pm EST

This accessible event features contemplative Celtic theologian and La Foret partner, John Philip Newell. Yearning for Home: The Cry of the Earth explores, one at a time, the yearnings that have led countless numbers of people into an experience of exile from the religious tradition of their inheritance, whether in literally leaving church or in looking well beyond its bounds for vision and nourishment. Episode 2 will explore the longing for a spirituality that deeply reconnects us to the sacredness of the earth as home in the belief that paying faithful attention to our yearnings will lead to new beginnings. Those who register for ‘Yearning for Home: The Cry of the Earth’ will be sent a recording of the introductory Episode 1 as well as a link to the live session for Episode 2 on May 8th 2021. Archway Housing has a new look!
Check out Archway's rebranding! They began this process with a deep dive discovery session with a team chosen to represent each arm of Archway - leadership, fundraising, marketing, real estate, property management and family services. During this process, Archway affirmed that community is central to who they are. The staff at each of their 10 properties help to create a community for their residents through safe, secure housing, food security, and supportive services.  They felt there was no better fit than to call themselves Archway Communities
