JHURA Transactional Survey
We need your insight!
Feedback plays an essential role in monitoring the quality of JHURA’s customer service. We value your opinion and personal experience related to how we support principal investigators and research administrators in sponsored project proposal submission, subaward execution and award negotiations and workflow.
As of this July, JHURA will be sending a brief transactional survey to measure our service quality and identify target areas for improvement. The survey will be set up as a routine touch point once a proposal has been submitted, an award signed and work-flowed or a subaward issued. Each activity will be measured no more than once per quarter. (i.e. If you submit a proposal, receive an award and have a subaward issued all within a single quarter, you will receive no more than three surveys to measure each experience.)

When you receive the survey, we ask that you take 2-3 minutes to answer 4 questions and comment on your level of satisfaction with JHURA’s service. The information we receive will provide important and actionable feedback on what we do well and areas for improvement.
