NIH Application Resubmission Policy

This notice consolidates and clarifies NIH policy concerning resubmission of applications for grants and cooperative agreements for funding consideration. Learn more in the NIH Extramural Nexus
Certain federal contracts include clauses to address potential organizational conflicts of interests (OCI) in entities that receive those contracts. Regulations regarding OCI are described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 9.5 Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest. An OCI is distinct from an individual financial conflict of interest, which is addressed in JHU Policies on Conflict of Interest in Research.
