JHURA Transactional Survey

Transactional Surveys for JAWS and SWiFT
Starting today, JHURA will be sending a brief transactional survey to JAWS and SWiFT users in order to measure our service quality and identify target areas for improvement. Thank you to the 50+ faculty and staff members who have responded to Coeus surveys since the initial rollout in July.
Remember, the survey is set up as a routine touch point and each activity will be measured no more than once per quarter. (i.e. If you submit a proposal, receive an award and have a subaward issued all within a single quarter, you will receive no more than three surveys to measure each experience.)

When you receive the survey, we ask that you take 2-3 minutes to answer 4 questions and comment on your level of satisfaction with JHURA’s service. The information we receive will provide important and actionable feedback on what we do well and areas for improvement.
